Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders placed on our B2B platform are processed and shipped based on product availability, order size, and delivery location. Estimated lead times are communicated at the time of order confirmation and may vary depending on supplier readiness, logistics partner schedules, and regional serviceability. While we strive to meet committed timelines, delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed.

Orders may be shipped in full or in partial shipments based on stock availability or operational requirements. In the case of partial shipments, invoices may be raised separately for each dispatched portion. Partial deliveries do not entitle the buyer to cancel the remaining order balance.

Buyers are required to inspect all shipments at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, leakage, tampering, or quantity mismatch must be reported immediately upon receipt and noted on the delivery receipt. Failure to report damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery may result in the claim being rejected.

Once a shipment is handed over to the logistics partner, delivery responsibility transfers as per agreed shipping terms. The company shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, regulatory checks, or force majeure events.

The company reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
